Learn the essentials of food safety while canning and preserving. Master Food Preserver Dianna Wiklund will discuss a variety of food preservation techniques, including freezing, drying, storing, and pickling, and include tips on emergency preparedness. Space is limited, register online or call 360-385-6544 to sign up. Attendees may arrive one hour ahead and bring their pressure gauges for testing.
