Toddler Storytime is for children ages 12 months to 30 months and features movement, music, puppets, and fingerplays as well as flannel stories and the reading of short books written with toddlers in mind.

All ages are invited to H.J. Carroll Park to enjoy stories, songs and hopefully sunshine. This event takes place on the lawn near the Rotary Pavilion.

Bring your preschooler and enjoy stories, songs, fingerplays, and more designed to promote early learning. Preschool Storytime is followed by a craft or activity that encourages networking and enriches literacy.

Kaleidoscope Play & Learn groups are for children ages birth to 5 and their families or caregivers. Come play, read, sing, enjoy snacks and enhance the bond with your family and community. Sessions are free and open to everyone.

Podcasting is a great way to get your message out — and the world is ready for it. In this class designed especially for teens, we’ll create our own podcast as we explore the ins and outs of podcasting.

Take apart modern electronic devices and discover what’s really inside them. Explore a wide range of equipment, deconstruct their various components, and learn how the parts work together through a process of reverse engineering.

Hosted by Professor Paul Loubere, this four-part series takes place Monday evenings in March and explores the ways we can reduce global warming at personal, local and national levels.
