As the Trump administration continues to withdraw from the world stage, China is looking to fill the void. How does Latin America fit into China’s “One Belt, One Road” plan? Great Decisions, produced by the Foreign Policy Association (FPA), is America’s largest civic discussion program on world affairs. Discussions will run live online weekly each Thursday from April 2 – April 23. There may be two additional dates to be determined for the Red Sea Security and Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking discussions. Each week we will cover a topic of great importance to Americans and a discussion of American policy will be facilitated along with viewing a short video. The Foreign Policy Association has made all the videos available free online. A link to the video is listed below for each discussion. We will be streaming the video via Zoom during the first half hour, for those who want to watch with the group. Attend the entire series of discussions or one discussion.
